Hi! As we say in the South, “Thanks for stoppin’ in!”

Most people know me as having been the morning anchor on WIS-TV for more than a decade. This blog is for “A Little Adlib” from lessons learned and being learned along the way. I am in a much different role at the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Public Policy and Small Business. I love living in South Carolina’s Lowcountry and growing our beautiful area and dynamic business community.

I am a graduate of the University of South Alabama in Broadcast Journalism, University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business (MBA) and Leadership Columbia. However, I fear no formal training compares to the many lessons life teaches you as you explore new roads, friendships and adventures.

I love travel, reading, eating, wine– and only a few sports that help me work off all the fun.. Golf, running and most recently, tennis.
